Full refund if cancelled up to 7 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled up to 4 days before check-in.

WARM DELUXE ROOM

Full refund if cancelled up to 2 days before check-in.

SINGLE ROOM

Full refund if cancelled up to 7 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled up to 4 days before check-in.

DORMATRY

Full refund if cancelled up to 7 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled up to 4 days before check-in.

2. Cancellation by Khedia Inn - Your Bokaro Retreat

In rare cases where we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, etc.), you will receive a full refund or alternative booking options.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Original payment method will be used for refunds
Transaction fees are non-refundable

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notification, no refund will be provided.
